Praise Him with tambourine and dancing, praise Him with the strings and flute. Let everything that has breath praise the LORD: 150:4,6

God’s Promise to His Warriors

Melodie Stroud Shares:

Dear Pastors, Intercessors, & Warriors of God,

I have felt from the Lord to share a vision I just received. As many of you know I am exercising on my NordicTrack. While I’m exercising I pray, declare and prophesy. I have such a great time. I’m up to 40 min at least every other day and praying that I start doing it everyday. Well this morning, as I was in the middle of this, I immediately had what I believe is a vision.

I saw myself fully dressed in a warrior’s outfit, helmet and all. I had two swords, one in each hand and I was in a huge battlefield. I saw the same pig faced army I have seen before. I began battling them. Some of them I cut their heads off and some I plunged my sward into their gut. I flipped high over one and landed behind him; before he knew it I plunged my sword into his back. They were falling all around me. Psalms 91:7 A thousand may fall at your side, ten thousand at your right hand….. Then I lifted my hand up and I saw the Glory of God come and gather into one strand like rope from heaven. I grabbed onto it and it turned into a glowing whip in my hand. I swung it around and it cut the enemy into pieces. Then it disappeared. I began battling with my swords again. Swoosh. The enemy would fall. They were confused and one had his helmet on backwards. Swoosh my sword would go into his gut and down he would go. I started to get tired and I lifted my hand up again. The glory of God came the same way but this time it stayed like a rope and I grabbed it. The glowing rope lifted me up and like Tarzan through the trees I was flying over the enemy. Then I looked up and saw the nostril of God. He closes one nostril with his finger and blew air out of the other one. The air from the Lords nostril blew the entire army down. They fell hard. The ground shook. Then I looked and like lightening there was Jesus on a white horse all dressed in white. He leapt over the fallen army and reached out to me. I grabbed his hand and he pulled me up on his horse. I was behind him clutching to my Lord and we rode off of the battlefield.

The next thing I know is that we are galloping on a beach beside a huge ocean. I recognized this beach. We have been here before. We get off the horse and I noticed I’m a mess with blood, guts and dirt all over me. I take my helmet off and I walk into the water to wash. Jesus comes in with me and starts to splash me. I began slashing him and we are laughing as we splash each other. I’m still laughing when some of the salt water gets in my eye and I said “wait Jesus I just got some water in my eye” and I began rubbing it. He laughs even harder and said “Melodie only you would tell me to wait.” I look at him and laugh, a little embarrassed.

Suddenly I come too and realize I’m still exercising.

I share this to say not only do I feel I was in a battle for myself but also for others. I feel I’m to share this so it may trigger visions for you. You are also the Lords warriors and we are all not only in a battle against that which as come at us personally but also we battle corporately, especially against those spirits of infirmity. I can’t help but think of Jim Goll and what he is battling right now. I’m so angry at the enemy for coming against the Lords anointed. In Isaiah 53: 4 we know it reads “Surely he took up our infirmities...” and 5 reads “…and by His wounds we are healed.”  I am thinking right now about this weekend and the Healing Rooms regional Conference. We must not give in. If we need something God will give us the tools we need and when we are tired Jesus will come and rescue us. Ultimately God will blow our enemies down.

As I look into the word to confirm my vision the Lord as directed me to Psalms 18.15-19.  “The valleys of the sea were exposed and the foundations of the earth laid bare at your rebuke, O Lord, at the blast of breath from your nostrils. He reached down from on high and took hold of me; he drew me out of deep waters. He rescued me from my powerful enemy, from my foes who were too strong for me. They confronted me in the day of my disaster, but the Lord was my support. He brought me out into a spacious place; he rescued me because he delighted in me.

Lets together lift our hands up high not only to be lifted up to Him but also to receive that which our God desires to give us for the battle.

Has in Ephesians 1 - I pray for you that Our Father may give you the Spirit of wisdom and revelation, that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened, that you may know the hope that he has called you to, that he may pour out upon you the riches of his glorious inheritance in the saints, and you may receive his incomparable great Power. That Power that is the working of his mighty strength!!!! - (8.9)
